It's getting to the point where you could not drag me back to that country kicking and screaming.

Ummm. Not sure what to say about snowflake babies.
BTW where was that barber offering a beer. I could do with a crop and work in Southwark.
The Rose & Crown was rammed on Friday - avoid at lunchtimes on sunny days unless you're happy to wait an hour for food and 15mins to be served.

I heard Bush used the term in a speech. It's the new euphemism for frozen embryos. A lot are created during in vitro fertilization processes, and are then destroyed. Scientists want them for stem cell research; the Christian Right is starting a campaign for people to adopt them. Why adopt an already living child in desperate need a home when you have someone else's batch of cells implanted in your uterus AND slow down the race to find a cure for Parkinson's disease at the same time? It's win/win really.
Did you know the rest of the world thinks Americans are insane? I'm starting to believe them.

That barber wasn't in Southwark unfortunately, but in that medieval neighborhood just south of St. Paul's. I'll never remember which tiny crooked street it was. Near the Cockpit pub.
